I started working at Carestream in the summer of 2015 and continued there until shortly after graduating in the winter of 2016. My primary focus was initially on the battery management system for their mobile x-ray machines. Later, I was tasked with automating the software validation of their OnSight 3D Extremity System. This device used Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) technology to reconstruct a series of x-rays into a 3D model. Because the software behind their products was developed from the same branch, I was able to write these automated tests in a way that made them agnostic to the product itself.
